Tom and Nick met wilson, Wilson's wife came out and she just shake tom hands and she doesn't even noticed her own husband and past by him as if he was a ghost and as if he didn't exist.

In the great Gatsby tom is someone who is rich and only thinks about himself and doesn't care about what others do or how poor they are, he just want to still be superior than all the people.

In the book of the great Gatsby, tom is someone who doesn't think about the feeling of others because he agrees with racism and also said that his race is the dominant one so it is up to them if they still want to have control over the other races.

The book was published in 1925 Nick is the narrator of the story. Jay Gatsby was that one person that was different from others.

Hopepunk is a optimistic message that say " keep fighting".it is something related to the mood your in and no matter what happened to always keep hoping. Authors think it is important because it is a optimistic message.

A genre is type of art,literature or music and in literature they are four main genres and it has different functions that distinguish them from one another. The difference between naturalism,realism, and modernism is that naturalism focuses on explanations that come from the laws of nature, Realism focuses on describing people and things as they are in real life and Modernism is a style or movement that aims to break with classical and traditional forms.

I chose to follow the link " defending the disenfranchised" because the word got my attention and one interesting thing that I learned was that, us humans have hard time changing our minds because we think that we're finished but we aren't.

The Cask of Amontillado by  Edgar Allan Poe I use Google and I search "greatest short stories". The thing that got my attention to this story was the tittle and the summary of the story. I want to read the story because it is interesting the way the story is being told.

In my experience it was better for me to read with someone else about the same thing because in that way I Learn more things and I understand better.
